Pleasantly surprised, very nice people, good deal I went to buy a 2011 Lexus a couple of weeks ago, 2 of which they had which fit my criteria. Nick was very helpful, listened to what I wanted, and wasn't pushy. We test drove the one which was newer, and I was very happy with the condition of the car. There were no problems getting the deal done, as the listed price was quite good. I paid for the Certification, and also got LoJack, which was installed this morning (about 10 days after I picked it up), after Nick called to let me know that the plates were in. Everyone at the dealership was very nice, and service department was great. I'd certainly have no problem returning to this dealer in the future, or recommending to others. My only slight negative was the finance manager throwing many different means of finance at me at the last minute, but over-all, I don't see that as any different than any dealer. I'm okay with what I settled on, just wasn't prepared for having so much thrown at me when I was ready to pick it up. Overall I'd give this whole purchase experience a 9 on a scale of 1-10. More

Upon arrival I was greeted with friendly faces and then introduced to Nick. He was a great salesman made me very comfortable through my whole deal.
