Arrived and was told Thomas was with another customer- introduced to Lisa who was clueless - after twenty minutes she brought the car around- when I asked about the CPO warentee , she told me the car was not - I showed her , her own web site and she was perplexed- then she told me the car was going to auction tomorrow and if I was interested I would need to buy today- completely unprofessional - violated my trust- when would I ever consider this dealership- I might add I'm a lexus owner purchased a GX 470 new- this car would have been for my daughter - More
