She met me at the door with keys in hand when I walked up for my first test drive and upon my return, she wasted no time in helping me weigh the pros and cons of each vehicle based on my needs. She really listened to what I wanted in terms of final selling price, and as I left for my final test drive of the day, she worked diligently behind the scenes with her managers on my behalf. When I returned, she showed me a signed bill of sale for the GX470 with exactly what I asked for! No need to beat around the bush after that. I was in and out with keys in hand in less than 2 hours.
