My experience with this dealership was wonderfu. I was greeted with respect upon entrance to the dealership. The salesman, Fred Fortson, was very knowledgeable about every vehicle I asked about. He was very professional and helped me through the total process of purchasing my vehicle. I told him what I wanted and he found it for me. I got the color I wanted, the price range I wanted and assisted me in understanding my vehicle. I wanted a black SUV (RX 350) only owned by one person. He is really a good Lexus salesman. He offered me beverages,coffee, water and other amenities offered at the dealership in Chattanooga. I had visited BMW, Audi, Cadillac, Infinity and Mercedes dealerships, but none could compare to Lexus. It was the vehicle, but overall it was the employees. Mr. Fortson is just great and very capable person. Nice personality and being a female we are hard to please. He was patient, answered all my questions and I left happy with my Lexus. I will encourage my friends to purchase one because of Mr. Fortson. More

The service manager quoted $432 based on the auto’s mileage. There is nothing wrong with her auto. All she wanted was the usual service,oil and filter change, but the service manager would not relent. L of C has serviced this auto since we purchased new from the dealership. We will not be back. I was treated with respect and great customer service. Alfred was not over bearing, he didn’t push the sale, he let me test drive the car several times to make sure that this was the right car. This place was an absolute nightmare when it came to servicing my Lexus RX350. I have had better customer service at the post office. Their "Service Director" was truly one of the most lacking individua servicing my Lexus RX350. I have had better customer service at the post office. It is unfortunate because when I purchased the car at the same location I could not have been happier. Never again-find another dealer and stay away even if you must drive to the another city or state. More
Called and left message for someone in used sales to call. Wanted to trade and upgrade car. Did not have what I was looking for on lot. However, salesman said he knew someone w/ a car that was thinki call. Wanted to trade and upgrade car. Did not have what I was looking for on lot. He text back and said he did not have what I wanted on this lot. No other offers to see if they could get what I wanted. That was three months ago....haven't heard from salesman since. It's a shame that you have to beg salesmen to help sell you a car. REALLY!!!!!! I have to work in order to make a paycheck...guess they don't! To make matters worse, I took my lexus in to be serviced on a Tuesday. They said they were booked up. I called the next afternoon to make an appointment and they said they would not be able to do an oil change until Wed of the following week...again...REALLY!!!!!! who would let 3 mechanics be gone at once if your dept is in such demand. More
Need to stay away from Richard Sherriff in their internet department.
