Larry Holder was incredible!!!!!! I had been looking for a 2013-2014 Lexus RX350 for six straight days on the internet, and had dealings with dealers in Smyrna Georgia, Knoxville, TN, I had been looking for a 2013-2014 Lexus RX350 for six straight days on the internet, and had dealings with dealers in Smyrna Georgia, Knoxville, TN, Manchester, KY, Corbin, KY, St Petersburg, FL and Chattanooga, TN. No one in any of these locations was as professional, caring, or possessed the tremendous listening skills that Larry Holder and Nick Simmons at Lexus of Chattanooga displayed. The entire process was pleasant and painless. I bought the car I wanted at the price that I wanted and received the trade-in value of my car that I wanted. Owning the car less than 24 hours, I pulled out of my garage today to wash and wax it, and did not realize that the right rear passenger was open. Wonderful experience Was time to bring my car in for regular service. This was my first visit to Lexus of Chattanooga and I couldn't have had a better experience. Not only Was time to bring my car in for regular service. This was my first visit to Lexus of Chattanooga and I couldn't have had a better experience. Not only did I get a loaner car (I didn't expect to have a brand new Lexus to drive since I purchased my vehicle elsewhere) but they washed my car too! I dealt with Ryan Kennedy and his professionalism and courtesy blew me away. I have heard horror stories about dealerships being too costly and performing unneeded services, but he explained everything thoroughly and it was worth every penny. My only complaint would be that it seems like the dealership itself is lacking the luxury ammenities I would have expected, but I was told they are getting ready to renovate. Overall I felt that Ryan and the rest of the Lexus of Chattanooga staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. I will be returning. More
