Outstanding sales experience I called in 3 weeks ahead of time to make a car deal. My call was answered by Anthony Wallace and he did an outstanding job of answering my questions I called in 3 weeks ahead of time to make a car deal. My call was answered by Anthony Wallace and he did an outstanding job of answering my questions and being prepared on the day and time that I had chosen to arrive. During the days prior to my arrival Anthony would call and text me occasionally to check in with me, even sending me pictures of my soon-to-be new car, a 2017 black ES350. On the day of my arrival Anthony and the finance team were ready for me. My car was clean and in the delivery bay ready to be presented to me. The team spent ample time answering my questions, reviewing the paperwork, synching my smart phone and entering my route home in the navigation. Thank you Anthony, Mark and the entire team for making my new car purchase a truly outstanding experience. As a side note of how awesome their staff is, while I was taking delivery of my new car one of the car washers noticed an issue with my husbands vehicle, brought it to the attention of their lead tech, who notified my husband of an object hanging from under his vehicle then took it into the shop where they could remove it. This attention to detail, even on a non-Lexus product, was very impressive. I highly recommend Lexus of Chattanooga, Anthony, Mark and the entire team. More
