The atmosphere is plush, but it's not a cover -- it reflects the way they do business. As the sole dealer in the area, they could take advantage of their local monopoly, but they are fair, honest, and aim to please. When we were first shopping for a hybrid 9 years ago, the other brands didn't want to deal with it -- no vehicles to test drive, not really knowledgeable, etc. Called Lexus and they had three different versions lined up for test drives.
