As the sole dealer in the area, they could take advantage of their local monopoly, but they are fair, honest, and aim to please. When we were first shopping for a hybrid 9 years ago, the other brands didn't want to deal with it -- no vehicles to test drive, not really knowledgeable, etc. Called Lexus and they had three different versions lined up for test drives.
