Been in SC for 4 months & during my first routine maintenance service at my new dealership, there was an issue - something involving the mileage records. Who stepped in to resolve the issue that no one else could- LEXUS of ARLINGTON’s world class Service Department! Service manager TOM PRONDZINSKI!!
