Very friendly and trying to find the best solution to the customer. Explanation is fully understood and he is also very patient
I would have like a faster more personal service due to the car being only a week old. Not the wait your turn attitude. My wife had to work early afternoon. My decision to purchase was based on perceived Lexus quality and my dealer expectations in the handling of an any warranty covered problems. I’m not so sure of a second purchase. Maybe, maybe not.
We received an exceptional service at Lexus of Arlington Heights from the sales person to the manager!! We could not have been happier with our purchase! Everyone was very knowledgeable, helpful and extremely nice! I would recommend this place to everyone in need of a car or just to make your day better :)
