Jim Holtschult greeted us with a laid back style and when I said I was just looking, he kept his distance but, stayed in view. I can not tell you how nice this was for us. I did not feel pressured at all. When I started asking questions he jumped in and we was informative. He wanted me to consider test driving the NX. I changed my mind and test drove it. We decided we would come back and test drive again in the daylight. I waited 1 week to come in due to my schedule. After this test drive we sat with Jim and I told him what I wanted, this was the most relaxed car purchase I have had. I have walked out of dealerships due to the pressure of the sales person! To say that I came back in to the same dealership with the same sales person is AMAZING! We considered Jim a genuinely friendly person. I would recommend highly him if you wanted to enjoy the car purchasing experience. More

Pleasant People to Work With Prior to visiting this dealership, I had to deal with another with a rude salesperson, unorganized team (losing the key to the car they wanted to show Prior to visiting this dealership, I had to deal with another with a rude salesperson, unorganized team (losing the key to the car they wanted to show me), and scheduling nightmare (not having the car ready on the dealership when they invited me to visit for the first time). So I was pleasantly happy to see a total 180 degree change when I came to Arlington Lexus. Everyone was nice. They know what they were doing. And they offered several different cars I was interested in for me to choose from. There was no losing key incident or other messy issue. They also offer free car wash for life for the car I bought from them. I only wished I live next door so I can go there twice a week. Right now, it'll take me half an hour from home and 15 minutes from office. So it has to be a special trip. More
Poor quality of work, not acceptable and dangerous. I went to the dealership to get my oil changed. The service representative called me back giving me the list of what needs to be done with my car, be I went to the dealership to get my oil changed. The service representative called me back giving me the list of what needs to be done with my car, because usually they do the inspection when you bring your car for the oil change. The list of things to be done to my car had about 4 items, 3 of those were just done previously , not a long time ago - so I don't know how that was checked and decided. I said no to all of the additional services that were offered to me. After work (oil change) was complete, the car was given back to me but I noticed that the hood was open. I closed the hood and started driving, but the warning light was on again and I returned back to the dealership asking to take care of it. The service guy took my car back and returned it to me after couple minutes saying the lock was frozen. I went home that day and drove my car next morning. I heard sounds under my car and checked what was wrong - the cover underneath my car was hanging out; it looks like it wasn't clipped back after the work was done. I had to return back to the dealership and have them put the cover back to my car.The service person was polite and apologized to me. It is not acceptable and dangerous to return the car to the customer after oil change with an open hood and the cover hanging unattached at the bottom of my car. More
A 2+ hour Oil Change...OUCH First time customer. I had a 3:30 Oil change appointment..pulled into their service bat at 3:45...appaerently just before the 4:00 shift change. Was T First time customer. I had a 3:30 Oil change appointment..pulled into their service bat at 3:45...appaerently just before the 4:00 shift change. Was TOLD to stand "over there" until a service rep checks me in. Twenty minutes later i got tired of standing so I went into the lounge. The gal that i gave my car to told me it would be about an hour for a change and wash. It's now 5:00 and no sign of my car. I wander back to the service bay only to find out my car was never checked in for service. The service guy proceeds to check me in..telling me about 20 minutes with a wash and apologizing profusely about the mess up. I wait patiently unti 6:00 pm and then poke my head into the service guys office but he didnt give me the time of day as he had another customer in his office. I eventually got his attention after I pointed to my watch and demanded my car as I WAS ALREADY AN HOUR LATE. After telling me how busy they are, my car pulls up and he apologizes again to say they were so busy they didnt have time to wash my car. Now you would think that after the forst screw up, he would have personally handled my car with white gloves. xxxx, had I not trackd him down, aiwould probbly still be sitting in their lounge. A first time customer that they lost a chance to make a first great impression. I guess since I was only there for an oil change and not looking to buy the FLA on the floor...and they were BUSY...remind you, I was told 4 times how busy they were..like my time wasn't worth anything either? First time visit that was quite frankly... a waste of my time. More
