The problem I have they didn't admit it was their falt , my car its always very clean , but service manager told me maybe it was like that before , and send me to delta sonic for detail car wash. Service manager wasn't a nice person from the beginning, but it is so unacceptable for a Lexus dealership . I am not coming back again because of the terrible service, eventhough it is a beautiful facility, it's not worth it. More
You DONT need the drama We brought our car into this dealership for a simple oil change. Once again We were told it needed a host of other things done. So, Once again we brought teh car into another Lexus dealer. It was confirmed that we did NOT need any other other work as usual except one item. In addition, Arlington forgot to put on the rubber gasket around the oil filter. It was good we went to another dealer to check on the lie as would have had a severe problem when all the oil would have drained out. You can say everyone makes mistakes- however this goes way beyond simple mistakes. We had a problem with our headlight. Once again Arlington came to he rescue with their usual BS stories. they sad it would cost us some $1700 to replace. This was before the headlight recall. We went to Highland park Lexus and had it replaced for FREE and keep in mind this was before the recall. Brought teh car to Arlington for the 2nd headlight and we were told the headlight was OK, Had it replaced at Highland Lexus FREE because it needed replacing and it was under the recall. We now go out of our way to go to Highland Park lexus and to stay away from Arlington. All we heard was Sorry this and Sorry that from Arlington and had to tell our story several times to different people with teh ending always being "Sorry about your experience with us come back and I will personally see that you are treated right. Drama and BS. Oh by the way the one thing that DID ave to be repaired was $300 LESS that Arlington. More
The Lexus Experience at the New Facility :-( I have been a loyal customer to Arlington Lexus. I traded in my 2011 RX for a 2015 NX. The vehicle is wonderful the "new facility" disorganized and I have been a loyal customer to Arlington Lexus. I traded in my 2011 RX for a 2015 NX. The vehicle is wonderful the "new facility" disorganized and not at all as it appears. I had a refund coming on my extended coverage and GAP insurance. I was told 4 weeks 6 weeks maximum. Here I am 7 weeks later. Nothing but a run around, no refund of my money with many excuses, change in staff, new office manager, office manager out sick so the place is at a stand still, Really?! Promised returned telephone calls and they never happen. It makes me wonder about manipulating the funds to over the extensive overhead they now incurred with the facility. Not that my tiny credits cover the overhead - but cumulatively -- I have to ask? Today after calling and asking for a manager since Jesse never followed through and Eric is no longer employed at this facility, I have been told one of my refunds is in, but they don't know which one or for how much? 7 weeks and NO ANSWERS, NO REFUNDS and endless promises. Ridiculous! Then, I was able to get much better financing on my own than what Lexus provided. Told them I need the GAP refunded on the NX since I went with the better rate I obtained. Well, I was told they won't even process that until they refund my trade in. Seriously?! Go to any other dealer who will value your business AFTER the sale closes. Clearly this "new" facility has changed and not for the better. More

Almost painless This past Saturday I upgraded the SUV that I was driving (1999 RX300) with a newer used Hybrid RX400h, There was a listing on Auto Trader indicating t This past Saturday I upgraded the SUV that I was driving (1999 RX300) with a newer used Hybrid RX400h, There was a listing on Auto Trader indicating that you had a 2006 RX400h in that had fairly high mileage on it, this is the vehicle that I was interested in and was expecting to see. When I set up the appointment with Scott Mattran he informed me that there was a recent addition to the used selection, the same car, less miles and about $2,000.00 more. Long story, short, I purchased the RX400h with the lower mileage, as the high mileage SUV was already gone. All was fine until I got home and did a deeper inspection of the SUV, it appeared that whoever had checked out the engine did not put back all of the clips that hold the trim parts in the engine compartment and they didn't notice that there were two broken left headlight brackets used to secure the light assembly to the body, sadly it doesn't end there, the front tires sort of looked like racing slicks. I had sent a text to Scott about this and I received a rapid response from him. This was Saturday night so I figured Monday would be a good day to get things right. I arrived at the new Dealership at around 4:15, Scott was tied up with a client, so I ambled up to the desk and was helped by one of the guy's behind the desk, he was aware of my coming in and what the problem was, I liked that. Extraordinary experience at Arlington Lexus My wife and I were shopping for a new car and visited a few places. And we finally decided to visit Arlington Lexus to look at a couple models. The place is absolutely amazing and of course Lexus has very nice cars. This new place is at a nice location so that you can test drive around the neighborhood or at highway speed on 53. But the main reason we drove away a Lexus is the sale associates and supporting staffs. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would like to thank John, Mohammad, and Terry for all the good works. They and other managers also reached out to us a couple days later and made sure things are okay. I owned a 1999 Lexus from Arlington Lexus and had the services there (at the old location) for a long time and it was very good. I hope to have at least the same level of services when the time comes. I strongly recommend anyone to check out this new facility and experience it yourself. More
