Bad experience I bought a lexus and wanted a particular color, they had to get it from another store but I was told, good news, I found the same one. Guess what, it I bought a lexus and wanted a particular color, they had to get it from another store but I was told, good news, I found the same one. Guess what, it didn't have heated steering wheel. in Chicago? Come on. The sales guy did his best to try to make it right but there isn't anyway to add it. I called the GM, never got a call back. Tried to talk to people, never got a call back. Had to escalate it to Lexus to get the service manager to call me. He was great but what can they really do. I had to fight to get some resolution but the entire process really pissed me off. More that the GM never called back. Shows me why this place probably isn't run very well because he SUCKS. More

YAY for Customer Service! Cut down processing time, please! Came in for regular maintenance; walked out with a new car! This is the fourth ES I bought at Arlington Lexus. Adriana was very friendly and attentive to serve us. I bought the previous one from Dan, and to our surprise, he greeted us at the showroom as Adriana's manager. I must say he has done a good job training new staff! The only thing is TIME. After agreeing on price, it took 4 hours more to process all the paperwork, and felt rushed towards the end. Now for the car. 2020 ES350 is phenomenal! Looks so elegant and my husband fell in love with the color. I always bought a navigation package (with extra $$), but now I could use my iPhone's GPS (through CarPlay app) shown on the screen! Who needs the built-in navigation system which hasn't been very accurate any way after a while, and needs to be updated constantly?!! More
