Service Center is fine but Sales Staff are discriminatory Good service on both my wife and my Lexus vehicles. Tom was very attentive and did his best to make us aware of any available discounts when vehicles Good service on both my wife and my Lexus vehicles. Tom was very attentive and did his best to make us aware of any available discounts when vehicles are serviced. Sales experience when my wife tried to purchase my a vehicle was horrendous. Although my wife was making the purchase and knew what she wanted, the sales person, sales manager, and even the financing person directed all questions to me even though I kept telling them to direct the questions to my wife. Even this survey was addressed to me instead of the owner...my wife. Sales persons here definitely need training on how to respect their customers. Very poor listening skills. It's only about making a sale. And then, to make matters worse, upon delivery, they provided the wrong vehicle without many of the options we wanted. We will not purchase here again. Avoid this discriminatory dealership at all costs. More
