Quality Service Experience My service experience proceeded as expected at a high-end dealership. Even though the service area was busy with other customers at 8am, I was seated My service experience proceeded as expected at a high-end dealership. Even though the service area was busy with other customers at 8am, I was seated quickly to review the work I had made an appointment to have done. Jose had my paperwork ready and with two signatures I was guided to my loaner car and given the keys. At the end of the day I received a call that my car was ready to pick up within the estimated time I was given. When I arrived at the dealership I once again sat with Jose and when his computer froze before he was able to complete the transaction he said he wouldn't make me wait. Instead, he went and got my car and turned it over to me to drive off while he went back and finished the computer work. Nothing fancy - just efficient, courteous delivery of the services requested.
