With an appointment for car wash I arrived slightly early and checked at service kiosk numerous times. As I waited in wait room and visible it was nearly 2 hours of my day. No one came to seek me as car was and checked at service kiosk numerous times. As I waited in wait room and visible it was nearly 2 hours of my day. No one came to seek me as car was finished and it was sitting out in lot not pulled up in lane for pick up. With new purchase I felt unspecial and service was unsatisfactory. The diagnostic on my previous Lexus perplexes me. I received no paper work of checklist of work completed by mechanic for the 95.00 charge. I’ll try Carlsbad as facility becomes more available. More
