My Service Adviser Kathy Ottmer is professional, knowledgeable friendly and patient and kind. She keeps me updated on everything going on...If the Mechanic Tech finds something that is necessary, he tells Kathy, who in turn, tells me, Kathy knows I will always say go ahead, take care of it.
