Very disapointing experiance I had been communicating with the internet sales manager regarding a specific vehicle I was interested in seeing and test driving. I arrived at my scheduled time and informed the sales person I was here to see the internet sales manager. The sales person went in the back and returned a few minutes later to show me the car I was interested in seeing. As I was looking at the vehicle, I requested a test drive of the vehicle, but was promptly denied. I was asked if I was ready to purchase the vehicle today, I explained that I would like to test drive the vehicle before I would know if I am interested in purchasing the car. I explained to the sales person I was here to test drive the vehicle not to purchase. The sales person preceded to explain to me how busy he is today (even though I was the only person in the show room) and would not be able to take me on a test drive. I was very disappointed in my experience at Len Stoler Audi, not only did the internet manager not come to greet me, I was rushed out the door once the sales person knew I was not going to buy a car today. More

Being a first time buyer, I was very nervous, scared and uninformed. My wife and I walked into the show room floor and I noticed three salesman in a single open glass office. I looked at them and they looked at me but no one came out to greet us. As I turned to head back across the floor I looked that the three salesman again and they looked at me and once again, no one came out to greet me. I turned to my wife and said, "they must not want to sell a car! We may as well leave." The way I see it is if if I come into a high-end dealership you better approach me within 3-5 minutes or you are telling me you don't want to sell a car. More

This dealership has shown some of the worst transparency and honesty that I have ever witnessed from a car dealership (previously purchased >10 new cars from dealers, 4 from audi dealers). They were untrut and honesty that I have ever witnessed from a car dealership (previously purchased >10 new cars from dealers, 4 from audi dealers). They were untruthful and evasive until the "eleventh hour" when they would've been forced to disclose carfax details or on site evaluation before a test drive -- car had >$15,000 worth of repairs! Did they really believe they were going to sell me a car without disclosing these details? BUYER BEWARE! More
