As we walked around the other cars, she pointed out the optional colors and features - the dealership had a great selection. At the end of the visit, I bought the car I drove. After two weeks, I've put 600+ miles on it and parked it inside last night to avaoid the ice (not something I ususally do). Truly enjoying my A4! More

I was looking for a certain A4 for my wife. Samuel Ferrell (sales rep) and Frank Greenstein (Fin Mgr) were able to have a car brought down from Pa. on the same day. Sam and Frank took care of everything for me. Samuel Ferrell was a pleasure to deal with. He is professional, personable and very knowledgeable concerning the product. Frank, I have dealt with for years and ditto for him. I always wish the price of the new car and the trade-in could always be better, but I left feeling that I had gotten more than a fair deal (without the haggling). My wife and I have purchased eleven (11) models of Audi. All of these were from Len Stoler. I've been to other dealers, but was always more impressed with the people at Len Stoler. This goes for the service personnel as well as my experience there is part of my decision process. More
I went to the dealer knowing what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I was treated fair and the people were friendly. I did not feel pressured to make the deal. They gave me a price in the range I wanted wanted to pay. I was treated fair and the people were friendly. I did not feel pressured to make the deal. They gave me a price in the range I wanted but were a few hundred dollars above my ideal price. After agreeing on a price, I was offered several dealer add-ons. Unlike other dealers I have experienced, I got to say yes or no to the options without pressure and a lot of time being spent. Most options I said that I did not want them. More
I came in Len Stoler Audi to see if I wanted to buy a SUV. Mr. Samuel Ferrell was very polite and had plenty of patients. He was not just trying to sell a vehicle he was more concerned about making his SUV. Mr. Samuel Ferrell was very polite and had plenty of patients. Yes I purchased a Ford Edge and is very pleased with it. Thank you again Mr. Ferrell. More

But the best is the manger name gary came and started yelling that so what if my car was hit it happens and he cannot do anything about it and had nerves to threaten to call cops on me which was ridiculous as they are the only one who did something wrong worst uneducated bunch hired at bthis dealership they have no clue about what customer service is when i told the manager i am a regular customer and would not come here again the answer was he dont care i am sure he dont because he is just there to get paid from being there 9 to 5 ask the dealer who is losing business because of these kind of employees. WORST DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER BUNCH OF RIPP OFFS AND RUDE PEOPLE More
We were ready to buy an Audi and were treated very poorly. We were handed off to three sales associates and had to wait 45 mins for them to bring a car out for us to "test drive." Finally, a sales as poorly. We were handed off to three sales associates and had to wait 45 mins for them to bring a car out for us to "test drive." Finally, a sales associate comes out and to inform us that the don't have the car that we were going to test drive and we should come back in an hour. Obviously, we did not. We ended up going to another dealership and despite my love for Audi's ended up getting a CTS Coupe. The service was better at Fitzgerald and honestly that sold me on the car. More
We were out test-driving several makes of SUV, and came into Len Stoler Audi. First impression: very unfriendly dealership. We finally found someone to talk to us - her name was Hope, and she was very fr into Len Stoler Audi. First impression: very unfriendly dealership. We finally found someone to talk to us - her name was Hope, and she was very friendly. We decided to test drive a 2011 Q5 (actually, we almost left before the drive because it took so long - apparently one of Hope's colleagues had to approve letting us drive the car; I think he wanted to drive it home later). The car itself was fantastic, and I now know what I want to purchase. However, I will not be purchasing from this dealer. When we asked the price of the car, the quote was over $5,000 what was listed on the internet, and that was before any negotiations had taken place. Dealers should keep in mind that most customers do their research before coming out to test drive, and that kind of behavior makes you look dishonest and unethical. We also had a less-than-pleasant experience at Len Stoler Lexus, but that's for a different page :) More

I made a service appointment with Len Stoler online and called them the next morning to confirm the appointment. James/Ian (I don't recall the name perfectly well) were downright unfriendly and curt for no called them the next morning to confirm the appointment. James/Ian (I don't recall the name perfectly well) were downright unfriendly and curt for no reason. I have had a longstanding problem with my Audi A3. The car has a rough/delayed when cold. When I mentioned it, the service person was totally unapologetic. Just said as a matter of fact that they will plug it in the system and see what turns out. When I explained that the car has been to several other dealers for the same problem and that the "system" does not report anything apparently wrong, he just said that is all they can do. So it is up to me to take the car to them or not. Truly fantastic service, eh? That too for a luxury car! Can't wait for this type of dealers to go out of business. There is a reason Audi is not doing as well in the US. As great as their cars are, their service is despicable. More
