His knowledge about the cars was more than just numbers and statistics; he explained to me how all of the features actually worked, why they were important, and how they would benefit me in real world situations. Thank god he was the last and most helpful salesmen in my extremely stressful car buying experience. Instead of telling me what I should want when the model I desired wasn't available, Baine listened to my priorities and never degraded any of them for the sale. He checked in on me in an appropriate, genuine manner as if he was a friend trying to help with a life decision, not someone trying to make a sale. He went above and beyond for me to try and satisfy my every need. I bought the car of my dreams from him and will buy my next one from Baine again. More

I have been a loyal customer of Len Stoler for 20 plus years and w This is directed toward the service department of Len Stoler Audi, Owings Mills. I have been a loyal customer of Len Stoler for 20 plus years and was always treated very well. We have purchased at least 5 new cars from Len Stoler over the years. We have always been faithful in bringing our cars in for regular service. I feel that ever since Denver H. left the service department it has gone downhill. We have a 2011 Q-7 that we purchased from Len Stoler. Within the last 4 months it started making a funny noise when the engine started up. It also started burning oil at a more rapid rate than normal. We had the car in for evaluations at least 3 times for this problem and service kept telling us that this was acceptable and not unexpected and they could never find anything "wrong". Well, last week on a trip home the car started overheating for no apparent reason. We stopped and checked fuel and coolant levels several times with no evidence of leakage. Long story short, the engine blew and we had to get towed home after midnight. Len Stoler and Audi America did not stand behind their product. Nor did they accept responsibility on the service department's behalf on missing whatever problem the engine had in the first place. We found a private mechanic who will replace the engine with a used engine. The final insult came when the tow truck came to pick up our vehicle from Len Stoler to take it to the other mechanic we were told there was a $120 balance for "diagnostic charges" on the car. I will never do business with Len Stoler again nor will I purchase another Audi. Mark Mashburn More
