This is a guy that greets you warmly, bends over backwards to anticipate your needs -- he adjusts the seat, mirror and interior temp to have the car ready for you to hop in, while he holds the door open for you. I wish I could bring him home because I can tell you I don't get that treatment anywhere else I go! Lewis, you are the best! Whenever my car has needed service I work with Steve and he always knows who I am, which vehicle I have and has many times found ways of saving me money on service -- drawing my attention to specials or coupons that are available. This is truly exceptional service. We have moved all over the country and this is the first time I can honestly say that I keep my Acura not only because its been a great car (there are many of those out there) but the service is just so fabulous! Execellent Recall Service done with Michael at Leith Acura I have a RDX from Canada that need to be serviced for a recall. Initially it could not be done due to cross country issue. Excellent Service We bought a used 2014 MDX from another dealership and realized shortly after purchase that there were 2 noises that were intermittent, but predictable We bought a used 2014 MDX from another dealership and realized shortly after purchase that there were 2 noises that were intermittent, but predictable. Steve Riley and the mechanic recognized the issues immediately and it was taken care of under warranty. The noises are gone and they sent us out with a clean car.
