Michael Lee has been my service advisor both times and he has gone above and beyond to ensure that I am a pleased customer when I leave (and afterwards with a follow up call). I purchased my car in Northern Virginia and had they had only serviced it one time before I moved to North Carolina. They balanced my tires but put the weights in the wrong places causing my car to shake around 75 mph. The service technical, James, and I took the car for a ride and both determined that it needed re-balancing. After James got his hands on the car, he worked his magic and the vibration is gone! Both Michael and James stated that my tires were in great shape but a different brand tends to suit the MDX better. This honesty is something that you don't find all the time with a mechanic so it's very refreshing to know that people like them still exist in the industry. I will continue to bring my car to Leith Acura for routine service and repairs. Thanks again, team! More
