The MDX was for Just purchased my 6th Acura, an MDX, and this purchase experience was the best I have ever had due to sales Consultant Kai Hardaway. The MDX was for my wife and Kai took a great deal of time to understand what she wanted and demonstrated how all the features of the MDX functioned. During the test drive he demonstrated all the features of the car and answered all questions she had. He participated in the decision and wanted to make sure she got what she wanted, down to the color combinations. When it was time to make the deal, Kai was straight forward and truthful, and really participated in getting the best deal we could. Corey is fantastic and puts forth every effort possible to make sure you are getting everyth I couldn't have imagined a better car buying experience!! He isn't remotely pushy or your "typical" car salesman as he genuinely cares about the product he's selling. He pays attention to every little detail! He even took the extra time to take off my parking decal and put it on the new car as well as fill it up with gas! No one likes going through the car hunting and buying process but in my opinion, it doesn't get better than this! After previously visiting several other car dealerships and leaving annoyed and discontent, I had pretty much had it. After going to Leith Acura, I don't know if I could ever go anywhere else when needing a new car. Additionally, Eric, the finance manager made the process seamlessly easy and relatively fast. First Time Service CustomerI Had to get a second key made at Leith Acura. While there I asked Justin Hager. Lead Service Consultant. to check the overall condition of my 2008 Acu Had to get a second key made at Leith Acura. While there I asked Justin Hager. Lead Service Consultant. to check the overall condition of my 2008 Acura RDX, because I knew nothing about my recent purchase. Justin presented me with a sheet that showed the car's important parts that were checked noting that everything was in satisfactory condition. It made me feel reassured and I liked how Leith Acura examined the important features of my car. I was also told how my drivers seat could be fixed if I so chose to do so t a later date. He assisted me in mounting my temporary license plate which saved me from a tedious task and I was very grateful for that also.
