After a long stop & go online search for a suitable used 8-passenger SUV, my hunt was narrowed to two vehicles ... a Chevrolet Traverse in Fuquay and After a long stop & go online search for a suitable used 8-passenger SUV, my hunt was narrowed to two vehicles ... a Chevrolet Traverse in Fuquay and a GMC Acadia. I had already visited & test drove the Traverse a couple days prior. It was okay but there was some questionable things about it & the dealer was sketchy. Then went to Leith Acura Cary to check out the Acadia. Corey King was the first to greet me & put me at ease with his professionalism & very personable nature. He knew all about the Acadia and helped me navigate through all its features & what it offered. I knew the Acadia was for me & was very comfortable purchasing from this dealer (in comparison to the other). Corey walked me through the whole process and stayed in continual contact with me while my vehicle was serviced, detailed & made ready for pickup. Looking for certified preowned My husband and I along with our 2 boys drove from Fayetteville. We have researched and been to several car dealerships over the last several months. We have test driven and evaluated several different makes and models before deciding on an Acura. We were in the market for a reliable but nice, safe car, specifically the Acute RDX. We arrived on the dealer lot around 3:50 on a Saturday - they close at 5pm.We knew this but wanted to just and figured we would look . Me. Kia Hardaway meet us on the lot and got us into a car we did not even consider because of the price range we wanted to stay in! We got a used MDX that was well taken care of and certified preowned - more room than the RDX and at a price others could not match! We were thrilled- it was worth the drive! They stayed late to close the deal and were all nice and accommodating with having kids with us ! We were impressed at the professionalism and knowledge and easy going attitude of Mr. Hardaway. Love the Service Department! I had an Integra for years and when the chasse finally wore out (the motor was still great), I was very hesitant about buying a different model. I don't drive much and could not justify spending a lot . I decided to go ahead and spend the $ just because I wanted to continue to service my car at the Cary Leith Acura. I found a previously owned Honda Accord at the Acura dealership and was delighted that I could still have my car serviced at the Leith Acura dealership even though the Honda dealership is right across the street. There is nothing wrong with the Honda dealership, but it does not feel as personal as the Acura dealership. I have been bringing my cars here for years and have always been treated like an important person. The whole service department is great. They have always been courteous, informative, and make me feel more like a friend than a customer. More

When choosing a new car recently, the deciding factor came down to having dependable service. Leith service is unmatched. Steve has been my assigned personal service provider for years. He's always courteous, up front, responsive and looking for ways to save me money and presents options that are easy to understand so I can choose how to proceed and budget. I have to give a shout out to the valet, too. He is always so helpful. He is friendly, eager to assist, and recently, he found a pair of sunglasses I thought were long gone and had placed them on my seat so I could easily see them. I can't say enough positive things about this dealership. More
