first time service I purchased my TLX from a different dealer (as I lived out of town) but the Service Department did not recognize this is as negative. They were apprec I purchased my TLX from a different dealer (as I lived out of town) but the Service Department did not recognize this is as negative. They were appreciative and professional during the entire time I my was being serviced. They did not try and have me do any maintenance other that was due for the car. They provided me with a loaner car without me even asking as it was going to take a few hours to have the car serviced. When I returned to pick up my car, it was parked out front, had an excellent complimentary car wash and no personal car settings had been changed. I will definitely return despite it being 25 minutes away from my home. More

The airbag recall appointment took less time than was allotted. Having wifi access and an area to work made it easy to remain accessible to colleagues while away from the office. During that service appointment, David took a look at two other items that needed to be repaired. He ordered the parts and gave me a phone call to set up the next appointment and loaner car. He was able to accommodate an early morning drop off and later pick up. Lewis carried my bags, opened the door to the loaner car and made sure that I had everything I needed. The gentlemen were courteous and extremely kind. I was able to take advantage of the complimentary car wash and the free service check. Great experience. More

Tom, the salesman, was fantastic...very friendly and impressively knowledgeable about the vehicle. I appreciated the fact that he wasn't overly "salesman-y"...he presented my options, showed me where the numbers came from and allowed me to make my own decision without being pushy. My overall 4-star rating is because I had to wait over an hour for my turn with the finance guy. I was comfortable in the lounge and Tom kept me updated on the progress, but this wait was overly excessive. Besides the wait, my experience with Leith Acura was very positive and I left with the car of my dreams. More
