Went for an oil change - tech spilled or actually sprayed oil all over the engine compartment ,, cowl, fenders, windshield left a huge mess in driveway - also the steering wheel and door panel was greasy, g oil all over the engine compartment ,, cowl, fenders, windshield left a huge mess in driveway - also the steering wheel and door panel was greasy, greasy hand prints on the door, computer not reset and missed that the antifreeze was low - I have left message for service manger and also responded to text this morning requesting a call - 24 hours and no response- people make mistakes- not taking responsibility is inexcusable -probably will need to locate another dealer going forward More

Richmond went above and beyond getting me into a vehicle.
