Kevin never used any pressure tactics and let the product sell itself. I considered several models and took my time over the course of several weeks considering my options. While Kevin provided me information and insights about each model and their options, he never pushed me towards any specific model or to make a sale that day. I did finally place an order and chose European Delivery. The sale, order, European Delivery and re-delivery at the dealership all exceeded my expectations. I also had the service dept install a few goodies in the car; they too provided an exceptional experience. If you are in the market for a new BMW, you owe it to yourself to see Kevin at Laurel BMW. You will not be disappointed. More

Great purchase experience on 2013 X3 35i in 5/2012. Lousy service experience in response to periodic driver door vibration(over bumps)and excessive driver door wind noise (> 40 mph). Twice the dealer was unable or unwilling to fix the issue, stating it's "normal" for BMW X3's to have wind noise. Maybe so, but I won't be buying another BMW if they are known for excessive wind noise and weak door stability. Looking for a quieter vehicle with more structural integrity. More

When I arrived the paperwork was ready and the numbers matched the deal I had negotiated. Because I was buying the same car that I was getting rid of, I did not need to test drive the car or go car shopping at the dealer. I did the whole transaction over the phone. I have given BMW of Westmont all 5's. The reason is that they made them selves available to me at any time I needed assistance. In addition, they handled the certification and adjustments in a timely manne they made them selves available to me at any time I needed assistance. BMW needs no selling. It's a BMW for heaven sakes! I had a 2006 3-series and have put 166,000 miles on it. It's still a great car. But, I was (and am) ready for something newer. I wanted bigger and more powerful and with better mileage. Voila!. The BMW 535 xi sedan. The six-cylinder is a monster and will respond as soon as you press the petal. It has everything I might want plus a lot of stuff of which I am still learning. Westmont of BMW is really first class. When I sent out e-mails detailing what I wanted, they responded immediately and gave me details and an upfront price. The salesperson at Westmont, C.J. Levi, was knowledgeable and patient and still calls to see if I, or my wife, need any assistance. The showroom is clean and filled with most of the representative models of BMW, including an M6 convertible that I wish I could afford. Buying was seamless and they gave me information that ended up saving me several thousand dollars. I drive a lot, +25 K per year. Thus, a leased vehicle was not appropriate. C.J. showed me other ways of saving money. I finally purchased a beauty 2013 BMW 353xi. It's black with Oyster interior. It looks very sharp. I consider BMW the best and Westmont BMW is the finest dealer with which I have dealt. More
