Hello, I’ve been a customer of BMW Westmont for over 18 years; I’ve made 3 purchases from them. Throughout my relationship with BMW WESTMONT. I’ve always been happy with the customer service team and the service team. I can say after all the years I don’t trust no other service provider with my vehicle. Westmont BMW is #1 in book.

Courteous, professional, and accommodating. Easy to set up appointment and no major issues in the process. Two minor issues I have are the following: 1) Have the BMC Care package in which I believe 3 oil changes are included. Was surprised to see that I was charged $3.36 to top of coolant (.2 liters / 6.8 ounces). One would think that this should be included, and if not, waiver for such a small negligible amount. 2) Was provided a loaner of which had 32 miles (no gas). Was told to put in $5 off gas so it's the same level when returned. After putting in $6 of gas and returning the vehicle with 42 miles to empty (more than when received), was texted an invoice (Agreement A27296) for approx $6 for gas of which i declined to sign as my obligation was fullfilled as directed. Little things like things tend to leave a bad taste in one's mouth as it appears that the department is looking to charge for anything possible and I know that this is not the image BMW wants to portray. Despite these two very minor issues, the overall experience was positive and I would like to thank the polite and very knowlegdgle staff for that.
