I've provided the rating of five because this was my first new vehicle purchase and third vehicle I've ever owned and the overall experience just had me speechless. The price beat everybody by 4 digits, the service was just outstanding and the wait time was minimal. It's worth the future 40 minute drives just to work with their service department and the reassurance I will walk away trouble free. I just wish more dealers kept high standards for service, performance and courtesy like Laurel BMW because until then, I'll be back! More

Kathy Kellogg is the friendliest and most genuine sales person I have ever worked with in the purchase of a new car. She answered all of my questions and even gave her opinion on options that my wife and I were not so sure about. Kathy was always patient and never pushy which made my wife and I feel very comfortable. Mr. Womac (Manager) was also very enjoyable and knowledgeable with the european delivery program which was not what I experienced with Audi. The BMW 3 series that we bought speaks for itself but I must say that Kathy and Mr. Womac were excellent people to work with and I will give them my business again. More
