I have given BMW of Westmont all 5's. The reason is that they made them selves available to me at any time I needed assistance. BMW needs no selling. It's a BMW for heaven sakes! I had a 2006 3-series and have put 166,000 miles on it. It's still a great car. But, I was (and am) ready for something newer. I wanted bigger and more powerful and with better mileage. Voila!. The BMW 535 xi sedan. The six-cylinder is a monster and will respond as soon as you press the petal. It has everything I might want plus a lot of stuff of which I am still learning. Westmont of BMW is really first class. When I sent out e-mails detailing what I wanted, they responded immediately and gave me details and an upfront price. The salesperson at Westmont, C.J. Levi, was knowledgeable and patient and still calls to see if I, or my wife, need any assistance. The showroom is clean and filled with most of the representative models of BMW, including an M6 convertible that I wish I could afford. Buying was seamless and they gave me information that ended up saving me several thousand dollars. I drive a lot, +25 K per year. Thus, a leased vehicle was not appropriate. C.J. showed me other ways of saving money. I finally purchased a beauty 2013 BMW 353xi. It's black with Oyster interior. It looks very sharp. I consider BMW the best and Westmont BMW is the finest dealer with which I have dealt. More

Vesna Vidojevic, Renata Debosaite and Mike Alder were all so easy to work with and gave me the most options. Everyone I worked with was easy to talk to, friendly and made my car buying experience painless. I will buy my next BMW here as well, and refer all friends and family. I have already referred friends that have purchased BMWs from other dealers to Laurel for their service department. This dealer has a new approach to car buying and customer service. I was used to being treated as though my money, investment and time were not valuable by the city dealers. More

I am treated with respect, my questions were answered, any issues were promptly taken care of by Kevin; he called me to give update on delivery date of my new car. I had visited a number of "other" BMW dealerships locally before deciding to purchase my BMW from Laurel BMW in Westment. At these other BMW dealerships I felt like all they wanted was to determine quickly if I was going to give them a sale that day and I did not leave with a good feeling. I happened to be out in Westment looking at new cars and decided to stop in at Laurel BMW. My overall experience from the moment I walked in was unlike any of the other BMW dealerships. Lilly Kolarski my sales consultant was so nice and most patient to deal with from the start. She patiently answered all of my general and technical questions about the BMW line and took quite a bit of time with me on multiple visits which included also multiple test drives. She also took time on one visit to aquaint me with the dealership services and introduced me to many of the staff. Yes, I did purchase my brand new 2013 X1 35i from Lilly and have been very pleased with the car. It is such a great little SAV! Lilly Kolarski provided superior customer service and went over and above what others would not have done. Thank you Lilly! The little so far in dealings with the Service Department have been very productive. From the women at the service desk to the servicemen and in fact any staffer walking by, everyone is friendly and welcoming.
