Ollie was honest and straight forward with the deal I was offering from the beginning. Explained in detail the reasons why my original offer was not accepted and agree to a counter offer over the phone befo offering from the beginning. He sent me the loan application so I could have it returned to them before I came in to get the car. Overall Ollie gave me the run down on the car- showed me the features and the tour of the service department all while the car was prepped and the loan papers prepared. On a whim I browsed the Internet for a New M3 coupe. I came across the perfect one for me. I sent an email inquiring on the vehicle and I got a response right away. Lilly was a pleasure to deal with and never through out any outrageous deals like most dealers do at first. We were abel to agree on a price in only two emails. I flew out two days later to pick up my car. When me and my fianceé landed we were picked up by an escalade and whisked away to the dealer. While at the dealer we were both treated great and all if our needs were met. My fiancée is diabetic and her blood sugars were getting low, without hesitation Liily pulled out a bag of candy and popcorn for her. I can say I have had alot of interactions with new car dealers and Lilly made Laural go to the top of my list. Even though this dealer is a good ways away from me I will be using them for my next vehicle purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new BMW. More

Tony was personable, very knowledgable and extremely gracious. Tony went out of his way to accomodate "the deal" to what I expected and I walked out with a fantastic certified pre-owned BMW. I've got a 2007 335xi with some serious miles on it. I’ve had my car at Laurel on a number of occasions over the years ranging from standard service to warrantee service to post warrantee repairs. This I’ve had my car at Laurel on a number of occasions over the years ranging from standard service to warrantee service to post warrantee repairs. This is the only place I bring it; a dealership rather than a stealership. Great customer service, great loaner car availability, quality work, and you don’t feel like you got sold a bunch of stuff you didn’t need. BMW repairs aren’t cheap, but I trust these guys. I do some work on my own and research issues that go wrong, so I am reasonably well informed. Take your car here, buy it from here. A great place. More

Kevin never used any pressure tactics and let the product sell itself. I considered several models and took my time over the course of several weeks considering my options. While Kevin provided me information and insights about each model and their options, he never pushed me towards any specific model or to make a sale that day. I did finally place an order and chose European Delivery. The sale, order, European Delivery and re-delivery at the dealership all exceeded my expectations. I also had the service dept install a few goodies in the car; they too provided an exceptional experience. If you are in the market for a new BMW, you owe it to yourself to see Kevin at Laurel BMW. You will not be disappointed. More
