They were very easy to deal with during negotiations and I got a better price than other Chicagoland dealership I purchased a new BMW M3 from Laurel. They were very easy to deal with during negotiations and I got a better price than other Chicagoland dealerships. They also arranged the vehicle pickup and BMW experience at their South Carolina facility. Everything went perfectly and was a tremendous experience. I have had my car serviced at Laurel too. This includes regular maintenance like oil changes, etc but also installation of Dinan Performance Upgrades since they are an authorized Dinan dealer. This included suspension, toe links, computer software, strut tower braces, monoball kit and underdrive pulley kit. All parts were installed well and I am very happy with their work, In addition, Laurel opens up their garage for the BMW Car Club Windy City Chicago chapter for free tech inspections before our high speed driving events. They don't have to do this but they do and are very accommodating to the club as well. More

Nick convinced us to buy the BMW experience over our 20 year relationship with McGrath family of auto dealers and nalpeton porsche and loeber porsche motors and schamuburg audi. Nick has a huge knowledge base of the car we bought (328xi GT) and helped us determine that it was preferable over the audi A7 from a utility and value standpoint. After meeting with Nick it became very clear the the bigger audi actually had less interior space, less headroom and a much bigger price tag as well.
