John worked with me via email and phone calls to find the perfect black on black BMW at a price point that worked within my budget. Not only did he make sure the car was delivered to a local dealer here in Maryland for my convenience, he also made sure I did miss a beat once the car arrived. John walked me through setting up my Bluetooth and different programing questions I had. Since purchasing my BMW John has kept in contact with me to make sure I am still satisfied with my purchase. That being said we haven't parlayed much with car advisors (salesmen). My husband and I had begun our search for cars and BMW was not on the list. However, friends had just made a purchase and recommended Westmont Laurel BMW. We walked in the doors of Laurel BMW on a Wednesday evening and Don Asuncion walked over and introduced himself with a handshake. You know the stories you hear of "those car salesmen"? Not in this case. Don's demeanor and knowledge was professional, engaging and informational. Never did we feel pressured while working with Don. We viewed a similar model of the car we were interested with in the showroom. Left that evening without taking one for a spin. Came back 2 or 3 days later to take an X1 out for a test drive and didn't make our final decision until the following Monday afternoon. Everyone we have worked with or had contact with at Laurel BMW has been top-notch. This week I am looking forward to having a bike rack installed on the back of the car and we plan on having fun and enjoying the ride with our X1. The car rides great and has everything we need.
