The even more remarkable part of my review is that Laurel is about 30 miles away from my house and there is another BMW dealer about 10 miles from my house. I absolutely 100% prefer to take the drive to Laurel for all of my service needs because the team there is awesome as well. I really love the entire team at Laurel. I have never come into contact with anyone at the dealership in any of the departments where I felt disappointed. Laurel Rocks!!! More
