I laughed so much during the entire car buying experience (this is so not typical when car shopping). He really listens to you and does what is best for you, he is not being slimey trying to make an extra buck. This is the ONLY BMW dealership that I've had such a pleasant experience with and I will be 100% loyal to this dealership and to John for as long as I am a BMW owner. Sales Manager Rich Stoll was also very wonderful to deal with, I truly felt like he cared about me and the deal he was putting together for me. He was totally reasonable and gave me what I felt was completely honest and helpful advice. ASK for John Blaschek! More

The trip to Laurel BMW began different though I'm like many other people...the last thing I want to do is visit a typical car dealership and haggle. The trip to Laurel BMW began different though, and only got better. The car popped up on autotrader at a hard to be price which initially caught my attention of course. Digging into the detail description it appeared to be what I was looking for. I drove down that day to look it over. I saw the car as I pulled up, and it looked better than expected actually. Then....I took a deep breath....and walked into the sales office. I was surprised when I wasn't attacked at the door. Barry Levsay approached and introduced himself. Very calm personality, and very normal. This was exactly the person I hoped to see that day. We went out to look over the car. The first thing Barry did was show me the Carfax, and explain the recent inspections on the car. With that Barry explained that the car had been in a couple of fender bender accidents. I hadn't sat in the car, started the car, or looked it or the paperwork over yet here he is laying it all out first. WOW. From that point everything was positive, and the fender benders didn't throw me at all. They offered a 60 day warranty on a 9 year old car...who does that? If not for Barry's approach though I likely would have stumbled on the accident knowledge and become frustrated. Thanks Barry!! You are a fantastic person, and salesperson. Great experience More

When I walked into the dealership, I was met with a smile and an invitation by Terry Mancuso (Sales Rep). After few conversation, he patiently wrote down what I wanted in a vehicle. Soon, I was testing a 750 XI. Though I was not planning buying vehicle that day, the excellent hospitality by all the staff I spoke to and genuine care by Terry to please me and my wife convinced me to drive out of the dealership with my dream car.
