How do they have 5 stars????? They must pick which reviews get posted. We bought our first BMW from them. The last two we purchased in Naperville and Elmhurst. The last time, we were in the showroom 15 and no one talked to us. Enough said. We brought our BMW in for no-cost maintenance-they charged us $5.95 to "discard the rags". ??? I drove the car off the lot and a message went on saying I needed to reset my tires and check the air in them. Something I could do.. but it's winter and I just spent over 2 hours waiting. SO, I went back. Reluctantly, but rather efficiently after finally getting someone, they let out some air and reset my tires. Now today I called after getting a "no signal" on my dash/radio/navigation/phone...on my 2014 BMW...they could not take me until Monday. Today is Tuesday. WOW! Elmhurst can take me tomorrow morning at 8:00am and give me a loaner. My friend has a X5 hates them and says they probably charged you because you did not buy it from them. Why would I????? More

I can summarize my felling towards Laurel BMW by saying I live in NW Indiana and have a BMW dealer ship with in 2 miles of my home. Why would I drive forty minutes one way to purchase my vehicle? Because of the service dept., being treated with respect, knowledge and courtesy of the sales person, and an overall great buying experience. We had some minor situations that took some time but Jeff and the Laurel team did an excellent job of staying on top of the situation and getting everything resolved in the fastest time possible. Jeff went out of his way to stay in contact and get the job done. Jeff is not only a credit to himself but to Laurel BMW and accredit to BMW of Germany. More

Awesome!!! I have had two BMWs now and have gone to Laurel to handle both transactions with Vesna (love her). The even more remarkable part of my review is that Laurel is about 30 miles away from my house and there is another BMW dealer about 10 miles from my house. I absolutely 100% prefer to take the drive to Laurel for all of my service needs because the team there is awesome as well. I really love the entire team at Laurel. I have never come into contact with anyone at the dealership in any of the departments where I felt disappointed. Laurel Rocks!!! More
