Matt Kuhn was extremely helpful via email prior to purchase, knowledgeable in person, and attentive post sale. I had many questions about the nuances of the SAV and Matt has been great in responding quickly. He also pulled the original Mfg. Invoice so I would know exactly what was included in all of the upgrades that the original owner had purchased. This makes understanding what is pertinent to my vehicle very easy when reviewing the owners manual. The staff at Laurel is friendly and patient- I love the free car washes! I purchased a CPO and during the sales process I asked my salesman (Tim) to confirm the vehicle was up to date on fluids and maintenance. My question was driven by the Carfax which highlighted the maintenance history, and reflected that over a year had passed since the last maintenance had been performed. Tim assured me all was in order and was adamant that all preowned were brought up to date on all maintenance before being offered for resale. Having become familiar with the technical components of my vehicle (this is my first BMW) I have come to find that the vehicle will need an oil change next month (10k since the last one), the washer fluid is low, and the DEF (desire exhaust fluid every 10k) warning has come on indicating that the fluid needs to be replenished. I don't necessarily think this is a reflection on Tim, I just think there may have been a breakdown in the process when this vehicle was taken in on trade. Before writing this review, I asked Laurel (Mike Adler) if the dealership would simply offer to let me have this maintenance performed at no charge to me at a local BMW dealership. All I heard were crickets. I guess a used car dealership is a used car dealership no matter what the emblem. Update 5/22/2015: Updating my original review: I want to thank Guy, Tim, Mark and Mike for making things right. They contacted me promptly and make it clear that customer satisfaction was their number 1 priority. Happy to report that they made things right! Thanks guys. I will definitely be coming back for our next vehicle. More
Incredibly professional, efficient & thorough -top to bottom Kristina was very patient with me as I was selling my 2008 Acura RL through Craigslist and the buyer had delayed me - to the point of uncertainty! We (Kristina and me) had negotiated terms for my 2015 428i lease much earlier than my RL sale, so they had engaged various internal folks to "finalize" my deal w/o knowing for sure I'd come through. In the final analysis, my sale went through, however, the used car manager had assured me that if it didn't, they'd give me a "number" based on eyebally my car the week prior. It all worked out and Kristina was awsome to work with. Dovile was also great when I went back for a subsequent review of the various components of my car, not to metion a free full tank of gas! I like Laurel so much that I'm planning to use them for future service even though I live near Patrick - I'll drive the 28 miles to Westmont! More
Laurel BMW and Sean Kashani, Absolutely the Best! I'm sure I'm one of those difficult clients that demands everything for a little of nothing! I drove a 2007 BMW328xi coupe for years! I purchased at K I'm sure I'm one of those difficult clients that demands everything for a little of nothing! I drove a 2007 BMW328xi coupe for years! I purchased at Knauz BMW early 2008 (which didn't provide the best service), however I always had my car serviced at Laurel BMW of Westmont! Over the years, I was always given the best customer service so I knew my next purchase would be made at Laurel BMW of Westmont. Moving on to 2015, I met Sales Person Sean Kashani Feb 2015, he was very patient with me and tried to meet all my needs! By the end of the day I ordered a 2015 BMW 428xi which would take 8wks to deliver. Two days later I canceled the order because I hadn't really made up my mind on what care I wanted. I felt the 4series was too similar to the 3series coupe I was driving. Sean was very understanding and refunded the money I put down to order the car and told me to follow up when I'm ready. No pushiness at all! Sean understood that this is a large purchase and I needed to be 100% sure. Moving on to March 2015, I walked in on a Saturday morning and Sean greeted me with open arms! We discussed other options for about 2hrs, he wasn't rushing me or trying to force me to make a purchase! I walked out empty handed but I'd gained so much knowledge about the various BMW models through talking to Sean! He gave me all my options, after our discussion, I was 100% sure I'm going to stick with BMW! Fast forward to April 2015, I'd decided to keep my 328xi cp and make necessary repairs. I went to Laurel and bumped into Sean at the coffee machine! I told him I'd had horrible luck when working with other dealerships while trying to find a used BMW. I told him about how I felt that many of the other dealership were telling what they thought I wanted to hear and wasn't concerned about making sure I got the best deal for my situation! Sean never made me feel rushed, I never felt lied to and I knew he was 100 up front and honest with me! I said "Sean, I promise to never cheat on you again!" LOL. At this point I was ready and 100% sure that I wanted to make my purchase with Sean Kashani at Laurel BMW where customer service always comes first and this has been shown to me for 7yrs now! within 1.5hrs, my new car from the showroom floor, 2015 528xi was being detailed and made ready for me! I got the best deal possible! Actually I got a better deal than the April offers because of Sean!! He is awesome! I have told so many friends about him and make sure I push his name to the masses!! I'm a negotiator by nature but there was no need with Sean, he is the best and provides excellent service!!! I will always buy from Laurel BMW and Sean Kashani! Mike the Sales Manager and Jason the Finance Manager provided world class service as well! I've been to several BMW dealerships in the Chicagoland area for different reasons and I must say that Laurel BMW of Westmont and Sean Kashani are the absolute best!!! More
