I contacted the dealer through their website, and was very quickly introduced to Kristina Gurskas, who would be handling my purchase of a special order i3. Setting up an appointment with her was simple and quick. During that first appointment she listened to what I was looking for, explained the deposit and ordering process, all with no pressure to do anything that day. On my second visit we ordered the car, I paid the deposit, again, all with ease. When the car came in, I was contacted right away that it was ready to be picked up. Picking up the car was almost as easy as the ordering process... And why I consider this the perfect buying experience. My total time spent in the dealer, two great appointments with Kristina and the last one with Kristina, JB in finance and Gisselle (the Genius) at delivery was less than two hours!! The six cars I've owned prior to this one all took three to four hours at delivery to finalize paperwork. I was driving home after being tutored on the nuances of my first electric car, about an hour after arriving to pick up the car. Getting exactly the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, without spending hours in the dealership make Laurel the best experience I've had purchasing a car. The staff, especially Kristina, made it the perfect buying experience. More
Oustanding Dealership - Truly Professional. No Bait & Switch Recently got our 2016 BMW X1 from Laurel BMW. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing but outstanding. Emailed Sean Kashani of Laurel BM Recently got our 2016 BMW X1 from Laurel BMW. The whole experience from start to finish was nothing but outstanding. Emailed Sean Kashani of Laurel BMW at 7 am when I noticed that they had the car I wanted - A mineral white with mocha leather interior with the Y alloy wheels. Had a detailed quote - I mean with ALL the info (including taxes) and financing options at 9 am. Since the vehicle just came in, Sean ran out in the rain and emailed me many pics of the car. We agreed on price which was much less than truecar/costco pricing that I had gotten from other dealers in Chicagoland. At around 11 am we finalized the deal over email. Went to pick up the car at 4:30. They were all ready for me with the paperwork and the car was prepped and waiting in the delivery area. Jason Baker of the finance department was just a true professional and non pushy - one of the best I have seen in the industry. Got done with finance in 30 mins and off to Sean who walked through all the featuers of the car patiently, paired both our phones and explained everything we needed to know about our new X1. Love the new ride. The whole experience was very pleasant and just felt good. I recommend sales person Sean Afshani and the finance manager Jason Baker and the whole crew at Laurel BMW very highly. They are true professionals and treat you the way they would like to be treated. A shout out to the GM Pat Womack and Business Manager Mike Adler too - Good People, good dealership, great cars!. More

I also had a very good experience in getting my various doubts cleared with manager Mike Alder who was again very helpful. These 2 people are really nice and I would personally suggest to catch hold of these guys if you plan to buy a BMW here;). Everything was transparent and no hidden fees and other charges was made to me in buying my car. I would recommend this dealership. More
