At no time did I find him to be high pressure and I thought he was very professional about how he approached his job. When I decided that this was the vehicle for me, he got aggressive on the price and made the whole process simple and straightforward. When it came time to finish the paperwork, the young finance manager was pleasant and helpful as well and even got me a slightly better rate from my bank then I was already pre-approved for. Kristina is a CA who really understands BMWs and especially M series vehicles. Jason in the business office was friendly and quick at getting the paper settled on my deal. I strongly recommend Kristina and Laurel BMW for anyone in the market for a BMW. I've also used Laurel's service department. Jason Wnek was able to set me up with a set of BMW winter tires and wheels for my new X5M (these are really hard to find and Laurel, amazingly, had a set in stock). The winter set was installed and Laurel is storing my summers. What a great experience. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I'm extremely impressed with this experience and will continue to use Laurel for my service needs (even though the dealership is over a 60 mile drive from my home).
