He was easy to work with, knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in, asked me how and when he could best follow up with me and stuck to it. At no time did I find him to be high pressure and I thought he was very professional about how he approached his job. When I decided that this was the vehicle for me, he got aggressive on the price and made the whole process simple and straightforward. When it came time to finish the paperwork, the young finance manager was pleasant and helpful as well and even got me a slightly better rate from my bank then I was already pre-approved for.
