So, we decided to try Laurel BMW since we were out towards Oakbrook for shopping and dining....We were absolutely delighted when we met Matt. He was so helpful, patient, knowledgable! He let us test drive a couple of different cars so we could get acquainted with the BMW experience sice we had never owned one. Well, we felt completely comfortable with Matt and in the end, we decided to buy from Laurel BMW. However, our buying experience did not end with Matt...we met with several other people in the process, all of whom were helpful, courteous and wanted us to have the best experience ever!! We love our car! And when the time comes to purchase another BMW, we would not think of going anywhere else!! You guys are all simply the best! More

Kevin O'Donnell was very professional and extremely helpful trying to answer all my questions. I have been going to Laurel BMW in Westmont for over 15 years and have had generally very positive experiences. And I would definitely go back again. I only wish they had explained and emphasized a bit more at the time of purchase the importance of the tire protection program. They just found a nail in one of my run flat tires and I had to pay $400 to replace it. I can no longer buy the tire protection program since they offer it only at the time of purchase. More

As a Saab owner since 1984 (insert punch line here), I was hoping to delay moving to another brand f Just wanted to share my experience at Laurel BMW. As a Saab owner since 1984 (insert punch line here), I was hoping to delay moving to another brand for a few more years by finding a good used 9-5 to get me through. Laurel had what looked to be a well maintained 2007 Aero on the lot so I rode out to take a look. I was greeted by Rich Rams who gave me the chance to get a quality test drive in. It was not just a quick spin around the block, it was a true mix of local streets as well as some highway time. Upon our return, Rich showed my the results of Laurel's inspection of the car and the items the had received attention before they put the car up for sale. Rich also gave me a copy of the Carfax report which showed while the car had a little more mileage that I would have normally been looking for, a detailed record of service done at a Saab dealer was a clue that it had been well taken care of. After taking a couple of days to make up my mind, I rode out again to give it one more drive. I decided to take the car and Rich and everyone at Laurel made the financial and legal stuff work with little pain on my end. I've enjoyed getting to know the car and could not be happier with Rich and Laurel BMW. More
