Bought a CPO 535iX GT found the car online and contacted the e-commerce team who promptly forwarded my interest in a 5GT CPO to Barry Levsay. He confirmed with me my schedule and made sure the car went through the CPO certification the next day for the showing. I went on his day off but his colleague Tony Alonso promptly took care of me when I arrived at the dealership. The car was just detailed and looked immaculate. Thought I was looking at a new car. Tony was knowledgeable and did a good job explaining the value. while I was signing the contract, they noticed a check engine light and let me know that they are taking care of it immediately. Provided me a loaner so I can get home that night (from an international business trip) and brought the car to me the following a day later. I appreciate being upfront with me and doing the right things. One of my better car buying experiences. Would definitely recommend them. G Lin More
