At that time I was very impressed with the customer service I received from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by Terry Mancuso and was treated very professionally. Terry was great to deal with and I have referred friends to Terry. Recently, I had my car in for normal maintenance and again was impressed with the way I was treated. Since my car was going to be in service for several days, I was able to get a loaner car which was a X5. I really really like driving the X5 so much that I call Terry and said I was interested in trading in my 535 for the X5, which I eventually did. I love the X5 and would highly recommend Laurel BMW and Terry Mancuso to my friends and family. More

I called them th I had been looking for a 3-Pedal/Manual AWD 3-Series for my wife for quite a while when I saw that Laurel had a pre-owned X3 on hand. I called them the same day, set up a viewing and was impressed by the level of knowledge, willingness to answer questions (i.e. "has the oil separator been replaced") and openness about sharing maintenance records. I worked with Rich Rams to negotiate a deal and timeline that allowed me to purchase this car but leave it on the lot for a few days while I worked out details for picking it up and driving down to the City. Rich and Jason made the pick-up easy and quick, made my wife feel great about her new set of wheels and delivered the car clean, plated and ready to go.
