Fast! Maybe too fast I found my car on line. I'm in the Mpls/St Paul area, so it was a 12 hour round trip. Well worth the trip. I had a 3 hour window to make my deal with I found my car on line. We did it with time to spare. Thanks to all the advance work it went off without a hitch. Ok, an update. It's more than 5 weeks since I made my purchase. Now I'm getting Delinquent Loan Notice on the loan of the car I traded in!! They never paid off that loan. If they screw up my credit score. .. grrrrr!!! More

At that time I was very impressed with the customer service I received from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by Terry Mancuso and was treated very professionally. Terry was great to deal with and I have referred friends to Terry. Recently, I had my car in for normal maintenance and again was impressed with the way I was treated. Since my car was going to be in service for several days, I was able to get a loaner car which was a X5. I really really like driving the X5 so much that I call Terry and said I was interested in trading in my 535 for the X5, which I eventually did. I love the X5 and would highly recommend Laurel BMW and Terry Mancuso to my friends and family. More
