The entire staff has been nothing but welcoming and accommodating. Lilly Kowarski is an excellent salesperson with enormous knowledge of the BMW line. The Laurel staff makes their clientele feel right at home, answering any questions one might have. There are never any high powered sales pitches, all the while taking great pains to address your every need to ensure that you will end up driving the perfect vehicle. I have definitely found an automobile "home" at Laurel BMW and wouldn't consider ever going anywhere else for my vehicle needs. More

I got what i am looking for and they got a one more happy customer. I really recommend them as they do what they say and no questions asked. More
