In order to do this, we had to scour the entire country until we found the right car. This meant buying a car long distance and sight unseen - a first for me. Pretty scary proposition. We found what we wanted at Laurel BMW of Westmont, Illinois from our home in Birmingham, Alabama. I worked with Chris Cole who made this one of the very best car buying experiences I have ever had. Chris is professional, friendly, patient, and no pressure. He described the car in great detail, provided detailed photos, and gave us the confidence we needed to make the purchase. The process was quick and painless. The car arrived yesterday and it is exactly as represented. Can't say enough good things about Laurel BMW and Chris Cole. Would do business with them again in a heartbeat. More

I started with an email inquiry and was surprised with the speed and informational response that I received. Lilly Kolarski at Laurel BMW of Westmont was super responsive and professional - I made my requirements clear, and Lilly and her manager Mike were very professional and honest about where they can work with me. At no point, were they pushy or aggressive. From quote to close, she made the whole process seem very simple and pleasant - and we did all of this via email. When I went to pick up the vehicle, she spent an hour with me just going over all the settings in the car and sharing some of her tips. And to top it off she even went out of her way to drop off the trunk cover at my home (which I had forgotten at the dealership). Mike even worked with BMW to get an additional dealer incentive that was announced a few days after I bought the car (how many of you have seen that?). I have to say I have never seen this level of customer sevice when buying a car! If you are in the market for a BMW, I highly recommend contacting Lilly Kolarski. More

Get it in writing I purchased a Lexus SUV from Laurel BMW. I found the dealer online while searching for a used RX350, within a certain price range and mileage. I found the vehicle at Laurel BMW, which I know some folks would say, why are you getting a Lexus from a BMW dealer. I found the vehicle history to be good, the price was adequate and after speaking to the salesperson, it seemed like a good fit as someone traded it in for a BMW... The sale and paperwork was easy, fast and seemed to be going smoothly until I inquired about the keys for the vehicle. Turns out they only had 1 key but indicated that they would contact the previous owner and get the other key or they would "see what they could do" to help me get another key ($250)...turns out that once the paperwork was signed and I'm out the door...well...since nothing was written..nothing can be proven. Also, I have personal Military License Plates (USMC) which I've had for 12 years now, on 3 different cars but somehow, they could not transfer them so I had to pay $160 for tags instead of the $25 transfer fee...I went to the DMV 30 days later and transferred the tags to the new car with no problem...and was told that the dealer should have done it and to return the dealer tags... I've emailed the dealer's mgmt staff a few times and all I get is that it was not promised so...get it in writing before you walk out the door. More
I purchased a certified 2013 BMW 335i. My experience was ave rage. They are keen to rectify customer service issues. On the drive home, the car warned me that it was low in oil.
