FALSE ADVERTISING! I would give them NO stars, but this site won't allow it. My fiancé and I went in to look at a used vehicle. The price was on the windshield. We d I would give them NO stars, but this site won't allow it. My fiancé and I went in to look at a used vehicle. The price was on the windshield. We drove it and told the salesman that we would contact him first thing in the morning since it was now 15 minutes past closing time. The next morning, I called and told him that we would take the vehicle. 20 minutes later I received a TEXT saying that the price on the windshield was wrong and that the real price was $4000 more. I tried to call the salesman and the GM. Neither of them would answer or even call back. 3 days later after several calls, I finally got a call from another manager and and he said that the vehicle was mismarked and they WOULD NOT sell the vehicle for the price on the windshield. Needless to say, we did NOT purchase the vehicle. This is a case of false advertising. I WILL NEVER GO TO LAUREL BMW OF WESTMONT AGAIN! More
