Great Experience I recently bought a 2019 X5 and the whole process, from the initial email all the way through finalizing the purchase, was honestly so easy. My sales person, Sean, got back to me within 30 minutes of my email and by the end of the next day, I was purchasing the car. Sean was very helpful throughout the process and really he just made buying the car a pleasure. No games or high pressure sales. This is my 2nd BMW and I plan on getting my 3rd at Laurel in a few years. More

They responded to everyone’s of my requests regardless of how tedious it was. They work diligently and accurately. This dealership puts my local BMW dealership to shame. As long as I am buying a BMW i will continue to purchase from BMW of Westmont. I don’t care how far they are, I appreciate good customer service. Rich & Doug, were extremely thorough and helpful throughout the buying process, even working after hours to assist me. They got me the car so fast it felt as if I ordered it on Amazon Prime.
