Pleased with my experience I found the car I was interested in on the website. I sent in an inquiry and was referred to Jessica Biczo to represent the dealership and assist i I found the car I was interested in on the website. With the introduction I was invited in to to meet Jessica and view the vehicle in question. Once at the dealership I found Jessica to be personable, knowledgeable and willing to spend time answering my questions. At no time did my wife or I felt pressured to make a decision or rushed. Over the next few days Jessica and Rich Stoll, one of the managers, went above and beyond to answer my questions, send pictures and work with us to find a deal that was fair to all. The end result ended with me buying the car. Having been a BMW owner since 2006 and dealing with several different dealerships, I would highly recommend Laurel BMW and their staff as a dealership that will go the extra mile to answer your questions and make you feel comfortable with your final decision.
