Worst experience ever! Purchased two new BMWs over the past five years, and yesterday when I took my girlfriends BMW 328xi for a car wash I was refused. Being approached immediately by a lady and questioned " Did you purchase your car here, did you service it here" ... after being questioned I was told to drop the keys to the cashier and same thing, very hostile! I said we did a service recall here, and we purchased other two new BMWs here, but she said you didn't purchase this BMW here and service recalls don't count. Are you kidding me all of this over a silly car wash. I was in the market for another NEW BMW but I will not be purchasing it anymore from Laurel BMW of Westmont. More

Tony was upfront said it had a pull to the right and immediately had an alignment done for us while waiting at NO CHARGE for my son's New-used 2006 Honda Accord. How nice is it to know my son has such a safe car to drive :)) with the 152 point check system they do on the car prior to putting it on the lot. Thank you again!
