bad service I purchased a car from this dealer 6 months ago. My initial experience was reasonable - the salesman over-promised on their ability to fix some aesthe I purchased a car from this dealer 6 months ago. My initial experience was reasonable - the salesman over-promised on their ability to fix some aesthetic issues on the car, and the dealer made me drive there and back from out of state 3 times just to get the car, but overall I was pleased. Chris, the salesman, was very nice to deal with. About a month later, I got a receipt from the DMV that showed the price for tax/title/registration. The dealer charged me almost $500 for title/registration while the DMV only received $175. I asked the finance guy Joe Komendanchik why this was and he never replied. Over 6 months of back and forth, he did reply to aspects of the emails with respect to cancelling extended warranties (which he made difficult) as well as delays in receiving the refund, but never the overcharge of fees. In this time I also found I was overcharged about $300 in taxes on the car. After realizing Joe was of no help, I contacted the DMV asking for them to help, and they confirmed the $300 difference fees has to be dealt with from the dealer, as they didn't receive it. In my last 3 emails to the dealer, they have not responded. The first of those last 3 was over a month ago. Now I have to waste a bunch of my time dealing with the department of revenue to get the taxes back, and will be contacting the state attorney general for help on the fees. More

Being approached immediately by a lady and questioned " Did you purchase your car here, did you service it here" ... after being questioned I was told to drop the keys to the cashier and same thing, very hostile! I said we did a service recall here, and we purchased other two new BMWs here, but she said you didn't purchase this BMW here and service recalls don't count. Are you kidding me all of this over a silly car wash. I was in the market for another NEW BMW but I will not be purchasing it anymore from Laurel BMW of Westmont. More

Tony was upfront said it had a pull to the right and immediately had an alignment done for us while waiting at NO CHARGE for my son's New-used 2006 Honda Accord. How nice is it to know my son has such a safe car to drive :)) with the 152 point check system they do on the car prior to putting it on the lot. Thank you again! Will definitely get our service again whether New or Used. More
