Was looking for a used Tesla Y and Laurel of Westmont did not disappoint. They reduced their price to match other offers and provided an impeccably well maintained Tesla (at least from the looks of it - time not disappoint. They reduced their price to match other offers and provided an impeccably well maintained Tesla (at least from the looks of it - time will tell). Car was previously owned by the GM who looked to take great care with it and included great additions. Process was easy and our sales person made it happen fast! More

After trying to buy a car locally and the dealership not being able to finalize the sale as agreed upon, I found a car at Laurel BMW. They were responsive, completed the process efficiently, including powde being able to finalize the sale as agreed upon, I found a car at Laurel BMW. They were responsive, completed the process efficiently, including powder coating the wheels, and my car was delivered one week later. The sales person followed up after the sale and I am satisfied (it was unnerving making a purchase like this so far away). I would buy another vehicle Laurel BMW. More
I’ve had a great experience at Laurel since I bought my car, which I absolutely love. From the salesman who assisted me with the purchase to the service personnel who help maintain it, everything there is car, which I absolutely love. From the salesman who assisted me with the purchase to the service personnel who help maintain it, everything there is very customer focused. Their customer waiting area is great and allows you to relax or get work done. Their people are very helpful and knowledgeable and work to get you back in your car ASAP. Plus, while you wait, you may get the opportunity to drive one of their loaners and try another new BMW model. Who could complain about that? From day one my experience where has been top notch. When it comes time to purchase a new car, I will be returning to Laurel for sure. I was a Volvo enthusiast for years, but BMW has won me over, and Laurel was a big part of that. If you are looking for a new car, don’t hesitate to work with them. More
Simple and straightforward service visit. There was no upsell, no nonsense. It was as seamless as I’ve ever experienced with a BMW dealer visit. Buyer Beware: Laurel BMW of Westmont does NOT inspect their used cars before selling, despite providing paperwork indicating otherwise. I was not going to post this, but I’ve been left with no other their used cars before selling, despite providing paperwork indicating otherwise. I was not going to post this, but I’ve been left with no other option for resolution since the Used Car Sales Manager sees no problem with withholding my money and causing me to lose my job. This experience has ruined a good part of my life. From beginning to end, this dealership has exhibited gross incompetence, shady practices and lack of concern for my safety, and any other customers I have witnessed in the 10+ hours I’ve spent on the floor in this dealership in the last week. Many people leave this dealership dissatisfied. Filter the reviews and look at the real ones that they haven’t solicited. I purchased a used vehicle that was said to be inspected and fully serviced before sale, per the carfax report and AutoNation checklist. But this was not the case. Not only are they NOT inspecting their vehicles upon intake from other dealers, they’re falsifying records on carfax vehicle history reports to increase value and sell their vehicles for more money. This is all a part of the AutoNation “sales model.” Within 12 hours of having the vehicle in our possession, I noticed the air intake duct was not even attached to the engine, the power steering pump did not have any fluid (bone dry) and the wheel became hard to steer. In addition, the dealer has discovered that the engine has a valve cover leak that was not disclosed at the time of sale as well as alignment and various suspension issues. But they say no leak on power steering? Ok, how was it empty then? What kind of high-dollar dealer doesn’t check fluids before selling a car? I paid $9,000 UPFRONT for a vehicle that is worth $3,000 max and completely fell apart within the few days we had it. Upon scheduling an appointment and returning to the dealer, I sat for over two hours before I had to approach someone and ask what was going on. Service is only fast when you own a BMW. When approached, they had no answer for me. I asked what they found, and they listed off several of these issues and offered to buy the vehicle back. Fine, all good. Trust is gone at this point and at least they were trying to correct the issue (or so I thought) This is where it gets worse, the sales manager, Christopher, has admitted to me that they did NOT inspect this car upon intake at their dealership. Fine, lazy but forgivable, just return my money right? Well at AutoNation there are procedures in place to prevent you from getting your refund easily. Christopher will not supply any paperwork stating that this return has been completed and that the refund check is on the way from corporate. As a matter of fact, Christopher has not even started the return on this vehicle over 24 hours after them taking possession of it. They have our vehicle AND our money. When pestered about this xxx backwards process, he simply says he does not have to take the vehicle back. He seems to forget the IL state law dictating that any used car sold with under 150,000 miles on it be covered by a 15 day, 500 mile powertrain warranty, which was not discussed when they asked to void the sale and take the vehicle back. Presumably because it would cost thousands to get the vehicle up to a condition that matches the inspection they sold the vehicle with. This place loves to operate under the assumption that its customers are clueless! When getting in touch with Chris today, he knew so little about the account I was referring to that he mentioned a down payment and financing to me. Financing? I paid in full. So if you intend on purchasing from Laurel of BMW, look around. I recommend making sure it’s not your primary mode of transportation, and I recommend that you do not trust their inspection. More
