Had a hose blow on my2017 330I, car was towed to another dealer. They wanted $1100 to fix - hose not under warranty! Called Laurel (where I bought car) Fixed as customer goodwill & only cost $50.00. Very pleased with my car purchase. Salesperson, Darrell was friendly, and well-informed about the car, having over two decades at the dealership. Great customer service however after owning car for a year my wheels starting peeling on rims. Called dealership and salesperson, Tony Alonso, they said “call BMW directly”…I did, they said it’s the dea year my wheels starting peeling on rims. I called dealer again and was told to contact a local BMW here in WI, (car purchased in IL) and they’ll help me. No, they wanted nothing to do with me. They said contact the dealer that sold you the car. LAUREL BMW DID NOTHING! Sad, very sad because when you purchase an automobile like a BMW, you do expect good customer service when there is clearly an issue such as this. More
Purchased a 2021 M3c last week. The sales lady Lilly Kolarski took good care of us during the entire purchasing experience. Saw an X3 M40i on the website and filled out the contact form. Bridget Vancura called me shortly thereafter and was a pleasure to talk to. That's when our email communication/negotiations started and it was form. Bridget Vancura called me shortly thereafter and was a pleasure to talk to. That's when our email communication/negotiations started and it was very effective with zero pressure, none what so ever. Bridget was very responsive, too. She got me very close to what I was looking to spend so I think we both made a good deal. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle Bridget was off site so Tony took me for a test drive and tended to me until Bridget arrived shortly after. She was beyond accommodating and held my hand through the entire process down to taking my child seat out of my trade-in and installing in my new car. She also insisted on swapping my plates herself and wanted to carry my stuff when I had my hands full. I bought a lot of cars but never experienced any one sales person this attentive and kind. As far as the X3 M series...what can I say, I went from pretty much Flinstoning around to feeling like I'm flying in a space ship. I don't know if I'll ever be able to go back to a "regular vehicle" after this. This specific X3 M lacks a lot of features that are now standard on much cheaper domestic cars (i.e. blind spot detection, remote start, heated seats, a fun/dazzling dash display, sunglasses storage, etc) but the BMW drive and handling are exceptional and worth the sacrifice. More
