I’m not sure if BMW has trained or mandated, that dealership staff be, cold and snobbish, Laurel BMW has that down. The most pleasant person I dealt with was the clerk, and parts clerk. Bought a 2020 x2 with 4000 miles on it. Paint on wheels was coming off. Told the dealer about it and they said don't worry we will take care of it. After the 3rd time of them trying to repaint them they lo was coming off. Told the dealer about it and they said don't worry we will take care of it. After the 3rd time of them trying to repaint them they look worse then when we got it. It's a defect and should be covered under a bmw warranty. Will never buy from here again. Hey, at least they got our money. Now it's just the run around. We will be contacting bmw directly. More
Had a hose blow on my2017 330I, car was towed to another dealer. They wanted $1100 to fix - hose not under warranty! Called Laurel (where I bought car) Fixed as customer goodwill & only cost $50.00. Very pleased with my car purchase. Salesperson, Darrell was friendly, and well-informed about the car, having over two decades at the dealership. Great customer service however after owning car for a year my wheels starting peeling on rims. Called dealership and salesperson, Tony Alonso, they said “call BMW directly”…I did, they said it’s the dea year my wheels starting peeling on rims. I called dealer again and was told to contact a local BMW here in WI, (car purchased in IL) and they’ll help me. No, they wanted nothing to do with me. They said contact the dealer that sold you the car. LAUREL BMW DID NOTHING! Sad, very sad because when you purchase an automobile like a BMW, you do expect good customer service when there is clearly an issue such as this. More
Purchased a 2021 M3c last week. The sales lady Lilly Kolarski took good care of us during the entire purchasing experience.
